City of Granicusville provides all serviced properties with a general trash, green waste and recycling bins. Additional bins can also be requested via the instructions below.
Each property can have a maximum of 2 of each type of bin and those requesting carts for a newly built property must have a copy of their certificate of residency to complete the request.

Fees will be calculated automatically based on your request. Make sure you have a credit card so you can pay and finalize your request online.

Call the city offices between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and speak to a customer service officer to lodge your request and make a payment.

Download, print and complete the bin request form. Make sure you have your certificate of residency if required and a credit card, cash or cheque to pay when you visit our offices.
Step 3: Visit city hall offices
Visit the city offices between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) to pay and complete your transaction in person.
